Milltek Sport has revealed its latest engineering achievement – a precision-developed sports exhaust system designed specifically for the Lamborghini Urus SE plug-in hybrid.
The high-performance Super SUV’s 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 is already an engineering tour de force and Milltek’s mission was to restore the drama and character enthusiasts expect from a Lamborghini, while retaining full compatibility with the factory drive modes and emissions compliance.
Milltek’s new Urus SE system is a downpipe-back configuration, designed to integrate seamlessly with the vehicle’s OE valve control system. This ensures that in the Urus’s Strada, Sport, Corsa, Sabbia, Terra and Neve driving modes, the exhaust note and performance are perfectly matched to the driver’s chosen setting.
The system incorporates an active centre section and a rear silencer designed to enhance the contrast between quiet and loud drive modes.

The Urus SE pairs its V8 with a 25.9 kWh electric motor for a combined output of over 800bhp and a blistering 0-62mph time of just 3.4 seconds. Milltek’s engineers developed the exhaust to complement this powertrain, ensuring smooth integration with the hybrid system while delivering the aural excitement Lamborghini owners crave.
